House Mahika

Pringle Bay is a small town on the “Whale Coast” approximately 1,5 hours from Cape Town. It is located between the Kogelberg Nature Reserve and the Atlantic Ocean in an area with the highest floral diversity in the world.

House Mahika blends harmoniously with the local fynbos and the shapes of the mountain to create a unified landscape.

House Mahika design is driven by a strong belief in sustainability – from the organic shape of the house and excellent thermal insulation, down to the solar geysers and LED lighting.

This modern design home consists of two units: an ample four-bedroom space and a self-contained loft studio.
